1. Resume Review: Thoroughly review and screen resumes to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and experience against our job requirements.
2. Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing techniques, including but not limited to job boards, social media, professional networks, and Boolean searches, to identify potential candidates.
3. Candidate Outreach: Initiate contact with potential candidates and effectively communicate Carbon6 Technologies’ mission and career opportunities.
4. Candidate Assessment: Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidates’ interest, qualifications, and fit for specific roles.
5. Pipeline Building: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates for current and future job openings.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with our recruiting team to understand hiring needs, provide insights, and assist in the development of effective sourcing strategies.
7. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to ensure we remain competitive in attracting top talent.
8. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
9. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing and initial screening process.
1. Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer, Recruiter, or similar role in a tech startup or fast-paced environment. Bonus points if you have experience working on technical/engineering roles.
2. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn, and other professional networks.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Ability to effectively assess candidates’ qualifications and potential fit for the organization.
5. Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
6. Self-motivated and able to work independently.
7. Passion for technology, and ecommerce is a plus.
