Beyond his extensive operational leadership, Neil brings significant expertise from his more than 15 years as a Marketing Manager for retail chain stores, demonstrating a strong background in sales and marketing. Additionally, he has 15 years of experience at McDonald’s Corporation, serving as a Business Consultant for McDonald’s Philippines, where he leverages his wealth of knowledge to help Owner-Operators identify significant opportunities for growth and improvement. He’s adept at guiding businesses through strategic enhancements, ensuring they can achieve their objectives and maximize their potential.
Adding another dimension to his professional profile, Neil also thrives as a Freelance Graphic Designer. This creative side allows him to bring a unique blend of strategic thinking and visual communication to every project. Currently, she is the Vice President for Human Resources at EVO TECH SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS, INC. in Cebu, where she focuses on building a high-performance culture, implementing impactful employee engagement programs, streamlining HR processes, and ensuring legal compliance—all aimed at attracting, developing, and retaining top talent in a competitive digital landscape.
Her prior roles include senior HR positions at a mining firm and manufacturing firms, emphasizing process improvements and leadership development.
A proven transformation agent, Kathy is dedicated to turning HR functions into strategic business partners. She is passionate about cultivating motivated, engaged, and high-performing workforces that propel organizational success.

Since 2023, Rudney has been serving as the QA Team Lead at EVO TECH SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS INC., where he ensures product quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement across all QA processes. His role extends beyond testing—he works closely with developers by reviewing their code and returning it with constructive feedback when adjustments are needed. This hands-on approach not only strengthens product reliability but also fosters effective collaboration between QA and development teams.
