Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1. File missing inbound cases

2. Monitor email and respond back to clients

3. Monitor pending cases, analyze Amazon responses and communicate to clients accordingly

4. Analyze and evaluate the documents needed to file Missing Inbound shipment

Qualifications:

1. Has good written and verbal communication skills

2. Has good navigation skills

3. Has Amazon experience but not a must

4. Ability to write concise, understandable specifications documents

5. Preferably knowledgeable on Amazon but not a must

6. Efficient, able to work faster and deliver results on time

7. Keen to details

8. Knowledge in Adobe

9. Document analysis

10. Flexible and fast learner
